The company MTM Tech s.r.o. was founded in December 1993 under the name of Riko Prag International s.r.o. and renamed to MTM Tech s.r.o. in 1994.
Since the very beginning, the company has focused exclusively on the supply of equipment for maintaining roads and green areas.
In the years 1995-97, it was dealing mainly with imports of foreign technology whereas the entire workshop and production-assembling activities were provided by contractors.
In 1995-96, the need to ensure also services for delivered equipment was growing and customers began to escalate their pressures on the complexity of supplies, i.e. vehicle bodies (for snow ploughs, grit sprayers, sweepers, mowers, etc.) including chassis, trucks and specialty vehicles. This resulted in demands for technical adjustments on the carrier vehicles. Therefore, the company started its own production activities.
Since 1998, it has been implemented many measures to develop own production and installation of:
- Clamping support plates, hydraulic systems for vehicles of category N and T
- Municipal modification of tractors
- Crash barrier and roadside mowers
- Steel and plastic snow ploughs of various designs
- Electro-hydraulic drives for snow ploughs including the microprocessor control
- Tractor spreaders of various designs
- Cutter for fixing potholes
- Exhaust sweepers towed by tractors
Cooperation with other Czech manufacturers enables to effectively ensure locksmith and metal machining works. The company MTM Tech s.r.o. thus can focus on assembly and service activities provided from two centres in the Czech Republic – Veselice u Sloupu in the Moravian Karst and Rokycany – and also from Dolný Kubín in Slovakia. These centres are equipped with all necessary facilities for operational provision of services to our customers within 24-48 hours after the announcement of failure anywhere within the whole territory of Bohemia, Moravia and Slovakia.
As regards the cooperative production, the company MTM Tech s.r.o. cooperates with many domestic companies engaged in the manufacture of metal constructions and metal machining.

In 2004, our company obtained the certificate of quality management system ISO 9001:2000 for activities in the field of manufacture, assembly, service and sale as regards chassis and bodies for maintaining roads, green areas and surfaces.
Currently, the company MTM Tech s.r.o. continues to develop its activity in new projects and innovations of existing projects placing emphasis on improving the production technology and customer service.
