Delivery of development task for Hungarian Integrated Rescue System and Fire Brigade. MTM Tech, s.r.o. company realized delivery of 3 pcs rotary snow ploughs W900 / 2600 H for special rescue vehicles prepared by Gamma Budapest firm in cooperation with authorised Hungarian partner – KOBIT HU.
Rotary snow ploughs are mounted to the front parts of the vehicles and equipped with clamping plate DIN 76 060 size 3/5. The actual rotary snow plough drive is solved by the hydraulic system of these special multi-purpose carriers.
Rotary snow plough equipment allows to change the transverse tilt directly from the driver’s cab. The function of rotary snow plough exhaust chimney and directing the blown snow is provided by hydraulically operated damping flap also from the driver’s seat.
Rotary snow plough mounting system on the vehicle is fast and simple and it does not require the use of any special equipment.
Combined rotary snow plough W 900 is special version of 900 series for connection to the hydraulic system of the carrier.
The machine is highly efficient during the work. Drive and hitch fully meet the requirements of Gama, the carrier manufacturer.
It is a combination of classic rotary snow cutter with longitudinally placed throwing wheel. This allows to deliver the higher output than similar classic rotary ploughs. Thanks to its robust construction and economical snow removal it is possible to use it on any road in all operating conditions.
The proven “opened” removal system guarantees trouble-free processing of every type of snow from wet slush to hardened frozen snow.
Mounted both-sided spirals are protected against overloading by friction connectors, the throwing wheel is protected against overloading by shear pins. The hydraulically rotating exhaust chimney with hydraulically adjustable screen ensures targeted and efficient snow removal. The hydraulic system of transverse levelling allows the rotary plough to adapt according to cleared surface.
