Automatic traffic-cone management system PVK TS

In the standard version, it is a swap body for light vans and transport vehicles with a total operating weight of approx. 3,500 to 6,500 kg and a loading area height of approx. 750 mm to 950 mm.
  • It can also be supplied in a variant for the hook carrier of containers of light transport vehicles, for which the height of the loading area does not exceed 1,200 mm.
  • The device is equipped with an automatic manipulator with cones and a magazine for up to 192 cones (depending on the type of chassis). For collecting cones, the body is equipped with a special device, carried during transport at the rear of the body.
  • The device places and collects cones on both the right and left side of the carrier vehicle, when driving forwards and backwards - all completely automatically.
  • The spacing of the cones is selectable from 15 m upwards and their laying frequency is fully linked to the travel speed of the carrier vehicle.

Andreas strip layer

It is a swap body for trucks of category N3, equipped with a front clamping plate DIN 76060 size 3/5, which is used for laying and collecting warning strips, without the need for workers to get out of the cab. 
  • The device is equipped with a hopper for automated laying of 2 sets (2 x 3 pieces) of warning plastic strips with total lengths of 2,235 mm event. 2,025 mm etc.
  • The working head itself is equipped with a device for turning the working bar in the range of 45 ° to the left and 45 ° to the right of the basic position.
  • Furthermore, the device is equipped with a transverse crossing of the entire active working part to the right - left, which allows the laying of passports gradually from right to left event. from left to right when the vehicle is moving in a straight line in the middle of the closed lane of the road and also the maneuvering of the whole work unit when collecting strips from the road.
  • Gripping and holding of warning strips is ensured by means of electromagnetic heads and steel plates inserted into PU strips, control of approach accuracy, gripping control, function of magnets, etc. is ensured by means of sensors located on the device.
  • The control of the device is completely from the control panel from the driver's cab

Tunnel and wall washer

The tunnel washer is a special device for washing tunnel walls and traffic signs.
  • It is a special washing head, which is mounted on a suitable front universal power arm with a reach of approx. 5 m or approx. 7 m from the center of the carrier.
  • The carrier vehicle is a MB UNIMOG, tractor, or other suitable carrier.
  • The working tool is a robust roller brush, equipped with a system of low-pressure and high-pressure water jets for perfect cleaning of the washed surface.
  • The dishwasher is also equipped with sensors for automatic monitoring of the distance of the washing head from the cleaned area.
  • The device can be combined with different types and sizes of water tanks

It is a robust device, designed primarily for large tractors with an engine power of min. 100 kW and a total weight of 11,000 - 13,000 kg.
  • The machine is carried in the rear three-point hitch of the tractor, the drive is derived from the rear PTO shaft.
  • The actual working tool is a robust milling head, suspended on a durable boom.
  • The milling head is able to renovate an old clogged ditch, or to create a completely new ditch.
  • The milled material is directed to the space next to the ditch.
  • This is a very powerful device.

Municipal modifications of chassis, category N and T
